Itinerary

DAY 01: Arrival – Colombo (-/-/D)

  • Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport.
  • Explore Vacations Representative will page you by your name.
  • Thereafter you will be assisted to the Coach Park to begin your journey as per the itinerary.
  • Proceed to Colombo

Colombo is the most populous city in Sri Lanka. Colombo is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern life, colonial buildings, and monuments

  • Arrive in Colombo
  • Check into the hotel
  • Evening Visit Galle Face Green and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
  • Enjoy Night views.
  • Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 02: Colombo – Beruwala (B/L/D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Checkout and transfer to the Beruwala to begin your long-awaited, ayurvedic retreat and tranquil relaxation experience.
  • The food that you will experience during your stay will be made with no use of artificial flavours, fragrances, sauces, or animal fats. These dishes are tailored to meet all “doshes” which will nourish you to good health.
  • En-route visit the Gangarama Temple in Colombo
  • Arrive in Beruwala
  • Check into the hotel
  • Overnight stay at the Hotel

DAY 03 – 07: Beruwala (B/L/D)

  • The treatments will commence from day three onwards.
  • Your day begins with a yoga session to ease your mind and soul.
  • Daily treatments will last for about two hours for five days which include, Shirodhara, and synchronized body massages by therapists. Oral medicine and many more treatments will be conducted to create a perfect inner balance.
  • Evenings will be coloured with entertainment (thrice a week), with cultural shows, oriental music, or flute music.
  • If time permits, you can venture out and experience Sri Lanka’s natural beauty and heritage by visiting local and regional attractions. These include Lunuganga, the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, Madu Ganga where you can embark on a river safari, a moonstone mine, and the historic city of Galle.
  • Overnight stay in Hotel.

DAY 08: Beruwala – Departure (B/-/-)

  • After breakfast at the hotel, check out, and proceed to the Airport.
  • Goodbye from Explore Vacation.
